Delivery Driver

Butch’s Pizza is looking for motivated, reliable Delivery Drivers to help us bring the best pizza in Central Illinois to homes, stores, and fans from Quincy to Danville, and everywhere in between.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive a Ford F-350 truck equipped with a freezer box to deliver frozen pizza to accounts across Illinois (no out-of-state or overnight travel).

  • Routes vary daily, but all start and end in Morton, IL.

  • You’ll service specific accounts and have the flexibility to set your own hours — some drivers start as early as 5:30am to finish earlier in the day.

  • Typical hours are approximately 7:00am–4:00pm.

  • No weekend work!

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 25-pound cases of pizza regularly.

  • Dependable driving record and comfort with independent work.

  • Strong customer service skills and a team-first attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $16/hour for trainees. Once you have your own route, the pay moves to salary plus commission.

  • Experienced drivers can earn $80,000+ annually.

  • Health benefits, paid time off (PTO), and vacation are included.

 

Part-Time Product Demonstrator

Love talking to people? Love pizza?

Butch’s Pizza is looking for friendly, outgoing Product Demonstrators to help share Central Illinois’ favorite pizza with shoppers at local stores.

This is a great side gig for anyone who enjoys interacting with the public and wants a fun, weekend-only opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cook frozen pizza samples in-store.
  • Hand out slices and engage with customers.
  • Talk about Butch’s Pizza products and answer basic questions.
  • Create a positive, welcoming experience for shoppers.

Schedule & Details:

  • Saturdays only.
  • Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm (8-hour shifts).
  • Work takes place at local grocery stores.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • No prior experience needed.
  • Friendly personality and comfortable talking with customers.
  • Reliable and able to stand for extended periods.

Compensation:

$20/hour.

Pizza Production Line

Butch’s Pizza is hiring dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our production team in Morton, IL. If you're looking to be part of a hands-on, fast-paced work environment and help create the finest frozen pizza in Central Illinois, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hand-make frozen pizzas as part of a collaborative production line.

  • Learn and rotate through different stations within the production room.
